Job Description:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will take ownership of hiring goals bring a proactive approach to talent acquisition and contribute to building an exceptional team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across IT and Non-IT domains: sourcing screening interviewing and closing candidates.
Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job specifications.
Use advanced sourcing techniques including boolean searches social media recruitment and employee referrals.
Mentor and support junior recruiters or interns helping improve sourcing strategies and interview techniques.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire source of hire etc.) to ensure efficient hiring processes.
Provide market intelligence and advise on talent availability and hiring trends.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Represent the company at job fairs industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements
Required Skills:
Proven experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
Proficiency with recruitment tools like Zoho Recruit LinkedIn Naukri or other ATS/CRMs.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Strong decision-making analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work independently.
Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior team members.
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
