About the Role:

In support of our growth were looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team here inAsia Pacific. Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a highly rewarding highly collaborative teamenvironment that provides both significant rapid career potential and earnings growth.

Your responsibilities:

  • Focus on identifying new sales opportunities for Onclusive Social in the Asia Pacific region.

  • Research prospective organizations that can benefit from Onclusive Social software.

  • Identify decision-makers in those organizations.

  • Call prospects and engage in qualifying conversations designed to communicate our value and discover sales opportunities.

  • Gain commitment from prospects to attend a brief web-based product demo or other call to action.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure demos are converted to qualified opportunities.

Who you are:

  • At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in a business development role.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Communications Business Management Business Administration or any similar fields.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven success in leading persuading and overcoming challenges through effective interaction with people both in-person and over the phone.

  • Disciplined approach to daily activity planning setting goals and achieving success.

  • Ability to take direction be coached and mentored.

  • Fluent in English; Chinese and Bahasa are a plus
