Job Summary

What you will do

  • Promote key products of the company by detailing the features advantages benefits & unique selling points of companys products
  • Deliver sales targets and distribution objectives for assigned portfolio/channel
  • Work closely with hospital stakeholders to list products into hospitals
  • Report on sales and business performance for aligned portfolio/channel which includes providing updates on competitor activity
  • Execute clear and effective call reports and meet business KPIs as will be defined from time to time
  • Actively build and maintain current and potential customer relationships
  • Act as the first point of contact for aligned customers
  • Provide feedback to managers regarding customers markets and product performance/issues
  • Actively participate in all business meetings and operating mechanisms
  • Achieve and maintain good merchandising standards in assigned retail outlets
  • Ensure compliance with approved pharmaceutical practices and maintaining companys standards of performance
  • Additional role as and when required and not limitation to the above.

Qualifications :

What you will bring to the role

  • A minimum of a Diploma is required; a Bachelors Degree is strongly preferred.

  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors

  • Good communication and presentation skill and the ability to listen to others

  • Highly-motivated with effective prioritization and organizational skills

  • Independent and resourceful team player with strong analytical negotiation and problem solving skills
