Group Manager- Agency 12 month contract

Your Opportunity
Working within BrandSpace this role is responsible for leading a team of high-performance sales professionals and ensuring group revenue targets are achieved through a consultative client management approach delivering on our ambition to grow sustainable valuable partners who spend more more often for longer.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Create a culture of high performance and success across the team by leading from the front with energy tenacity and courage
- Display effective people management through establishing clear expectations and setting goals that empower your team to
- achieve their professional development goals
- Foster the development and implementation of a customer centric approach to strategic business planning and stakeholder
- engagement
- Support National Leader with negotiation and management of national holding group annual agreements including the
- negotiation of annual volume commitments and annual client lay downs.
- Lead the creation and execution of a sales strategy to achieve your state revenue targets underpinned by a proactive client
- engagement strategy.
- Generate high value opportunities that create commercial advantage for the group and broader business
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to create and generate new revenue opportunities across the Brandspace ecosystem
- Effectively anticipate change and implement strategies to innovate and continually improve the business for the long term
- Develop and manage a weekly/monthly cadence for State based sales forums.
- Maintains strong network of fully established relationships with top decision makers and key influencers across all key clients such as Agency e.g. GM MDs Heads of Trading Strategy etc. or Direct e.g. CMO CEO Head of Media Marketing Director etc
- Manage individual P&L of operation team from expenses and overheads to revenue across group
- Maintains a high profile as a key ambassador for the brand with clients and external stakeholders.

- 8 years experience in an agency environment
- 5 years sales management and team leadership experience
- Advanced territory management skills
- Advanced in the application of sales capability
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tool
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Exceptional attention to detail
