Job Summary
An employer of choice within the commercial property management space this growing independent business is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their team.
Requirements
- A current Real Estate Certificate
- Some experience within commercial industrial or retail property/asset management
- A diverse understanding of lease interpretation
- Some understanding of relevant Acts and Statutory requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Ability to build and maintain long term relationships with tenants contractors and clients
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised and excellent time management skills
- Strong people skills and a desire to help build team culture
- Experience with Re-Leased (preferred but not essential)
