Job Summary
This is an amazing opportunity for a Sales Associate or Cadet to join an upmarket agency within one of Brisbanes most sort after locations.
Working right alongside an established Elite level agent you will learn the fundamentals of executive residential sales whilst winning and listing your own properties within a multi award winning business.
A company involved in all aspects of real estate including off the plan sales this is an awesome opportunity for an aspiring real estate agent to really kick start their career in the best way possible.
Duties will include:
- Conducting appraisals and open for inspections
- Handling buyer and seller enquiries
- Organising marketing campaigns
- Managing vendors and buyer enquiries
- Coordinating marketing initiatives
- No cold calling - Warm calls only (existing clients and database follow up calls)
- Minimal door knocking (neighbours to recently sold properties)
Requirements
- Have some exposure to real estate - sales administration or property management
- Any previous direct sales experience will be highly regarded
- Hold a current QLD Real Estate Certificate
- Own car and current driving license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High energy and a passionate about real estate
- Comfortable working Saturdays
