Job Summary
Were on the hunt for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead a dynamic multi-venue hospitality team for one of Perths most well-known organisations.
This is a hands-on leadership role where youll take charge of day-to-day operations streamline systems train and manage staff and ensure high service standards across venues and events.
Oversee F&B operations rosters stock budgets & POS
Lead train & coordinate casual and permanent teams
Manage service delivery on race nights events & functions
Maintain compliance with licensing and health standards
Report directly to the Operations Manager
Requirements
5 years in a similar leadership role
Strong people management & organisational skills
Approved Managers Card & RSA (essential)
POS experience (Abacus ideal) MS Office skills
Initiative attention to detail & a can-do attitude
This is an onsite position

38-hour working week with time in lieu for any over time required
Only work 2 Nights per week (Tuesday and Friday) unless there is a function additional hours will be required
Work regular business hours on a Monday Wednesday and Thursday
