Responsibilities:
- Expertly perform diagnostic tests to identify mechanical and electrical issues in a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Conduct routine maintenance and precise repairs to keep vehicles running safely and efficiently
- Replace or repair essential vehicle components such as brakes suspension systems and engines with accuracy and care
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections and effectively communicate recommended repairs to customers with transparency and confidence
- Utilize advanced dealership software and diagnostic tools to ensure comprehensive and accurate assessments
- Stay current on the latest vehicle technologies through ongoing training and professional development
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment upholding our high standards of professionalism
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience as an automotive service technician
- Honda Certification preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues
- Proficiency using dealership software and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to maintain productivity and quality in a fast-paced team-driven environment
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
