Job Summary
IMMEDIATE NEED: Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician
Reno NV (On-site)
$32$35 per hour 1st Shift
We are hiring an experienced Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician to start immediately. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing daily facility maintenance while performing skilled work in electrical HVAC plumbing and general building systems.
Siemens Building Automation System (BAS) experience a plus
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support site technicians; coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance
Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC mechanical electrical plumbing and fire safety systems
Monitor troubleshoot and adjust BAS controls alarms and trends
Ensure work orders are completed and closed in the maintenance management system
Coordinate contractors vendors and permits while following safety procedures
Support small projects installations and general building repairs
Required Qualifications
Technical training or certification in HVAC electrical plumbing or facilities maintenance
35 years of facilities or building maintenance experience
Hands-on experience withBuilding Automation Systems (required)
Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical plumbing and fire safety systems
Leadership experience overseeing technicians
Experience with CMMS/work order systems
Work Environment
Physical work including lifting climbing bending and working in mechanical rooms and rooftops
Use of hand and power tools; PPE required
Indoor and outdoor work in varying temperatures
