Job Description
Your opportunity
You will support the Sales Support Team with the operational processes ensuring compliance with business policies and service excellence.
How you will contribute
Supporting operational and managerial sales team activities.
Supporting customer master data ensuring timely maintenance accuracy completeness and integrity of all information.
Supporting the order flow process from acquisition to entry gaining insights into trade terms and operational efficiency.
Supporting the implementation and enhancement of customer service-related procedures processes and systems.
Assisting in the preparation of sales and customer-related reports providing valuable insights to the sales team and customers.
Contributing to the preparation and execution of sales events.
Other activities which may be required by the team.
Who you are
Business Degree / Management Engineering / Marketing with outstanding scores
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
Advanced level of Spanish and English I Italian will be considered as a Plus
Teamwork
