Net Revenue Management Junior Analyst LatAm
Net Revenue Management es un área clave dentro de Haleon para el crecimiento sostenible y rentable de la empresa. Esta posición dará soporte al equipo regional para la creación de estrategias y procedimientos de NRM en LatAm con el objetivo de desbloquear oportunidades de ingresos y margen comercial trabajando en top level del P&L (Ventas Inversión en clientes Margen Comercial).
Este puesto tendrá grandes desafíos y constante comunicación con distintas áreas de la compañía como Finanzas Marketing y Trade Marketing y reportará directamente al Head de Net Revenue Management de LatAm.
Responsabilidades Clave
Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo regional de NRM con el objetivo de:
Desarrollar estrategias de NRM en LatAm.
Estandarizar y automatizar procesos.
Dar soporte a los países en la identificación de oportunidades de revenue a través de Pricing Surtido Inversiones Comerciales y Gestión de las Promociones
Crear reportes de gestión.
Trabajar con todas las áreas y stakeholders involucrados en temas de Excelencia Comercial: Ventas Finanzas Trade Marketing y Marketing y con los equipos locales de NRM.
Ser usuario regional de la Herramienta de Gestión de Inversiones Comerciales en SAP.
Por qué TÚ
Tus calificaciones:
Graduado de Ingeniería Industrial Administración Business Intelligence o carreras afines con enfoque numérico/analítico
Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en áreas Comercial Renevue Management Finanzas Business Intelligence o Excelencia Comercial.
Dominio de las herramientas de Microsoft Office e idealmente de Power BI.
Se requiere dominio del inglés avanzado (hablado y escrito).
Proactivo creativo analítico y de rápido aprendizaje.
Habilidades relacionadas al pensamiento estratégico trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en formato híbrido en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en San Fernando Buenos Aires (Argentina) Rio de Janeiro (Brasil) Ciudad de México o Santiago de Chile.
