Ready to play a pivotal role in the financial engine behind Trimbles global technology infrastructure We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive accounting professional to join our Corporate IT Finance team in Mexicali where you will help streamline financial operations and provide the critical analysis that drives our digital transformation forward!

In this role you wont just be doing the booksyoull be a key contributor to the Corporate IT Finance department directly supporting the financial health of Trimbles Infrastructure and Cloud-Based Services. Your work ensures the accuracy of the technology investments that power our global operations giving you a front-row seat to how a leading tech company manages its digital evolution.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Fuel our Financial Accuracy: Take ownership of the month-end quarter-end and year-end closing processes ensuring our financial records are audit-ready and precise.
Analyze the Impact: Perform deep-dive fluctuation and variance analysis to provide clarity on expense distribution and financial trends within Corporate IT.
Master the Ledger: Manage critical financial transactions including Amortizations Allocations and Accruals through high-impact journal entries.
Drive Efficiency: Contribute directly to process improvement initiatives that streamline accounting activities and modernize our financial workflows.
Essential Skills & Experience
University degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
Professional proficiency in the English language.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for complex data management.
High level of initiative with a sharp eye for detail and organizational excellence.
Bonus Points For
Experience with enterprise-level ERP systems (e.g. Oracle NetSuite or SAP).
Progress toward or completion of a professional accounting certification (CPA/CMA/C.P.).
Prior experience in a multinational or technology-focused corporate environment.
