Role Details: Gibson Island Depot reporting to State Manager.

What youll do:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and delivering the day-to-day activities of all operational functions of our fleet ensuring efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining strict cost controls.

• Service Delivery:Meet service levels for contracts and resolve issues within agreed timeframes.
• Driver Management:Ensure driver training compliance with systems and maintain staff levels and performance through KPIs.
• Fleet Management:Maintain vehicle standards scheduled maintenance and comply with procurement processes.
• Cost Management:Stay within budget for repairs labour and route efficiencies and develop profit improvement plans.
• Health Safety & Environment:Comply with safety policies address non-compliance and assist with operational issue resolution.

What You Will Bring:

• HR License required as a minimum
• Proven experience in fleet management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP software is an advantage.
• A commitment to safety and environmental standards.
