A Day in the Life

We have an exciting new role for an Senior Inside Sales Supervisor to be based in our Head Office in Macquarie Park and lead part of our ANZ Inside Sales Core Hospital segment. This is a senior plus people leader role responsible for inside sales leadership remote sales execution and commercial performance across our Private and Public hospital accounts. This role is ideal for a proven Inside Sales Manager / Supervisor with experience in MedTech Healthcare or complex B2B sales who excels in sales coaching forecasting pipeline management and CRM led execution.

ANZ Remote Sales is Medtronics global benchmark for remote commercial excellencean innovative data driven customer centric sales organisation. We support a diverse Core Hospital customer base across Public and Private Hospitals Ambulatory Service Centres Specialty Clinics and more delivering exceptional customer experience while driving sustainable growth.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Services & Marketing EA&S you will lead and develop up to 3 Remote Sales professionals. You will shape and execute sales strategy uplift team effectiveness and embed strong planning prioritisation and forecasting discipline. This role requires a leader who builds highperforming teamssomeone who empowers guides challenges and grows talent while maintaining accountability for commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Inside Sales & Remote Sales Leadership

  • Lead and coach a team of up to 4 Inside Sales / Remote Sales Representatives

  • Drive sales performance activity discipline and territory execution

  • Embed a customer first selling modelwith structured outbound engagement

Hospital & Healthcare Sales Execution

  • Execute sales strategy across public and private hospitals day hospitals and ambulatory surgery centres (ASC)

  • Align inside sales activity with field sales distributors and reseller partners

  • Ensure compliance with contracts pricing and commercial frameworks

Forecasting CRM & Analytics

  • Own sales forecasting pipeline health and revenue delivery

  • Drive dataled decisions using Salesforce CRM Power BI and sales analytics

  • Coach team on opportunity management risk identification and early gap closure

Sales Coaching & People Development

  • Build highperforming sales teamsthrough structured coaching and development plans

  • Uplift capability in selling skills account planning prioritisation and stakeholder engagement

  • Foster accountability engagement wellbeing and continuous improvement

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing Commercial Operations Finance Business Units and Analytics

  • Support product launches campaigns pricing updates and supply resolution

  • Represent Remote / Inside Sales in strategic commercial discussions

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years leading teams (3 members) ideally in MedTech or complex sales environments.

  • Proven success delivering sales targets and driving revenue and margin growth.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop people build capability and uplift team performance.

  • Excellent communication coaching influencing and relationshipbuilding skills.

  • Strong analytical and datadriven decisionmaking capability.

  • High integrity openness to feedback structured organisation adaptability and a passion for helping people succeed.
