Job Summary

Job Description:

Guide the management on Occupational Health and Safety regulations of State and Union Government.
Assist on Policy framing and communication the same to stakeholders.
Risk Management through periodic safety inspections and audits and share the observations to stakeholders for corrective actions and following up the closures.
Standardization of Safety requirements for all projects and validate the same to ensure 100% compliance.
Ensure safety competency improvement for all employees of the organization.
Increase the participation of all stake holders in safety initiatives like Safety Committee Meetings Audit Observation discussions etc.
Occupational Health and Safety Data collection and communicating it to the Management.
Monitoring and communicating the Legal and Other applicable regulations to stakeholders to ensure 100% compliance.
Development of audit and training calendar.
Support customer or third-party audit.
Sub-contractor Safety Management Vendor evaluation and rating.
Report incident / Accident along with RCA and CAPA report to the management.
Improve Behaviour of employees at workplace through awards and recognitions.
Liaising with legal bodies whenever required.
