Monitor audit compliance and close audit observations on time

Maintain proper documentation and process controls
5. Team Handling & Support -
Supervise and guide branch staff CSOs and tellers

Provide on-the-job training and performance feedback

Ensure staff productivity and discipline

Act as the branch-in-charge in the absence of the Branch Manager
6. Reporting & MIS -
Prepare and review daily weekly and monthly MIS reports

Track branch performance sales productivity and service TAT
