Job Summary

Customer Service & Relationship Management
  • Handle walk-in customers and resolve service-related queries and complaints

  • Manage key retail and HNI customer relationships

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

  • Cross-sell banking products based on customer needs

3. Sales & Business Development
  • Drive sales of CASA FD RD loans credit cards and third-party products

  • Achieve individual and branch sales targets

  • Lead local marketing activities and customer acquisition campaigns

  • Support digital banking adoption among customers

4. Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to KYC AML and regulatory guidelines

  • Monitor audit compliance and close audit observations on time

  • Minimize operational risk and prevent fraud

  • Maintain proper documentation and process controls

5. Team Handling & Support
  • Supervise and guide branch staff CSOs and tellers

  • Provide on-the-job training and performance feedback

  • Ensure staff productivity and discipline

  • Act as the branch-in-charge in the absence of the Branch Manager

6. Reporting & MIS
  • Prepare and review daily weekly and monthly MIS reports

  • Track branch performance sales productivity and service TAT

  • Share insights with Branch Manager for business improvement
