Job Summary

Ensure implementation of an effective system of receiving warehousing and distribution.

Ensure stores is operational on a 24/7 basis with adequate staffing and resolution of discrepancies.

Maintain stores as per industry standards and regulatory requirement.

Ensure storage facilities environment and arrangements are suitable for storage and distribution of aircraft spares in an efficient safe and secure manner.

Ensuring sufficient stock levels are maintained to support the operations. Ensure timely replenishment of essential and fast-moving items.

Develop a robust system to identify and alert concerned personnel 3 months prior to expiry of shelf life of tools consumables and rotables in stock.

Develop a robust system for stock checking and reporting of discrepancies

If required be willing to work in shifts and extended hours including on weekends and company holidays

Ensure adherence to rules regulations and procedures regarding safety housekeeping and security of stores personnel equipment and aircraft spares.
