Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
* Manage inbound inquiries and provide accurate product pricing and installation information.
* Qualify leads based on requirements and close sales
* Maintain updated call logs customer records and follow-up details in the CRM.
* Clearly explain key features benefits and ROl of solar systems.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication.
* Achieve daily/ monthly call targets lead generation goals and performance KPIs.
Coordinate with internal teams for site visits technical discussions and follow-up actions.
* Adhere to process guidelines and maintain consistent call quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0-1 year experience in call center or telecalling roles; sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Proven customer handling and persuasion abilities.
- Capability to explain technical concepts in a simple customer-friendly manner.
- Basic computer skills with hands-on experience in CRM tools.
- Positive attitude target-driven approach and read iness to learn solar industry fundamentals.
