Job Summary
Introduction
Create order numbers
Send out quotations
Request customer POs
Close off jobs
Sort invoices
Source parts if not a regular part
Order stock
Ordering parts for workshop
Assist with stocktakes
Assist customers with orders
Cold calling
Assist in parts store when required
Look up parts if not available obtain diagrams from suppliers
Must have previous counter sales / internal sales within a technical industry
Strong MS office skills
Excellent communications skills
Matric and own transport essential
