We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong ability to connect with clients. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication relationship building and strategic account management. The ideal candidate will have experience in outside sales business development and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

What Youll Do:
Were looking for a Business Development Representative who enjoys connecting with people and building lasting partnerships educating customers on our one-of-a-kind repair services and helping them solve real problems

  • Visit 10 to 15 apartment communities hotels and commercial properties each workday (all leads are provided)
  • During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager you will...
    • Build rapport with the property manager or head of maintenance
    • Walk through a unit to assess opportunities
    • Educate on our services and book repairs
  • Role involves reviewing sales routes preparing calls and performing minimal administrative tasks
  • Ten-minute check-in with the Owner
  • Introduce property and maintenance teams to Surface Experts repair solutions
  • Build trust by educating customers on how repairs save money and time compared to replacement
  • Follow the sales process and document your activity in the CRM
  • Coordinate with repair technicians and the franchise owner to ensure customer satisfaction
What Were Looking For:
  • Goal-oriented self-starter who is coachable and eager to learn
  • Enjoys connecting with people and working in a team environment
  • Preference for candidates with property or facilities management backgrounds
  • No prior sales experience required we provide all training; however previous sales experience is a plus
  • Professional caring and service-minded
  • Ready to thrive in a metrics-based process-driven sales system
  • Valid drivers license clean record and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
  • Territory Coverage Based out of West Orlando (Apopka Clermont Ocoee Winter Garden Celebration)
  • Strong communication skills bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
