Base Salary:
$60K $90K depending on background network and revenue history

Commission:
1015% of GP (strong upside for someone with existing accounts)

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience Requirements:
Must be based on the West Coast ideally California
Strong background in domestic trucking sales within an asset-based carrier
Proven book of business with portable GP (priority requirement)
Experience managing freight cradle to grave
Ability to run a full sales cycle: prospecting pricing closing onboarding and account expansion
Solid understanding of lanes equipment quoting and customer communication
Highly self-driven and accustomed to working fully remote
