- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or chat support preferably in the food & beverage industry.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as required.
