Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing / Business Development Executive to drive business growth manage client acquisition and strengthen market presence across India. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills strategic thinking and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across assigned regions.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs market trends and competitor activities.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Prepare sales reports forecasts and presentations for management review.
Represent the company at meetings exhibitions and promotional events.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
25 years of experience in sales marketing or business development.
Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively across India.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
