- Directs the strategic plans for the Sales Marketing and Customer Service teams critical to the success of the company
- Drives and leads the team and ensure strategies are implemented well to achieve the corporate objectives
- Determines strategy for significant business function and/or multiple areas of responsibility and influence the strategy of other areas within the company
- Oversees the implementation of programs for distributor force and customer growth retention and motivation as well as leadership development.
- Directs and oversees a cohesive impactful marketing communications program which supports key initiatives product launches and market development programs digital marketing and public relation.
- Ensure a high level of customer service standard is maintained well to support the business objectives.
- Manages mentors and works with Managers to train team members to increase their overall contribution and value to the organization
