Job Summary

This is a high-impact autonomous role responsible for both immediate talent acquisition and strategic pipeline development. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for urgent live vacancies (advertising screening shortlisting) while proactively building a constant pipeline of high-quality candidates to support future growth. You are the critical talent filter working directly with the Founder to ensure only the strongest well-vetted candidates reach the final interview stage. You must be able to drive results with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment for urgent live vacancies.
  • Strategically build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
  • Conduct meticulous vetting to ensure high candidate quality.
  • Partner with the Founder on hiring needs and strategy.
  • Manage process independently and report on key metrics.


Requirements

  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain talent pipelines.
  • Exceptional screening vetting and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and ability to work autonomously.
