The Manager Technical Sales & Delivery position will be an integral part of our growing Asia Pacific Cybersource sales this role you will be responsible for working closely with our sales teams in providing technical and functional expertise for our suite of payment and risk management solutions responsible for implementation and integration of new strategic clients supporting client migration plans delivering new solution offerings and working with internal and external stakeholders to provide an optimal integration and project delivery experience with the Cybersource and Visa platforms by demonstrating to our clients how our solutions can be integrated into their existing infrastructure and business processes while addressing any technical concerns.

Projects you will be a part of:

You will be required to work closely with regional sales teams internal operations teams and product teams to ensure success. The success of this role will be measured on growth of revenue and successfully integrated Card Present Processing Card Not Present Processing and Integrated Commerce clients. Candidates should have demonstrated skills in: project management and presentation/training in complex IT environments. The candidate should be familiar with SaaS solutions related to bankcard/acquiring payment gateway payment security and fraud prevention. The right candidate will have a passion for Technical Selling Solution Consultancy project management excellence customer advocacy and will see this role as contributing to the strategic evolution of our business.

 

Furthermore you will be at the forefront of Digital payment Systems of the Asia Pacific Markets Working with Digital Market leaders that shape the landscape of payments. Not only will you be working with Acquiring Banks but also large scale Payment Technology Providers merchants Payment Service Providers Digital payment providers and market leaders.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. 


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

Language & Communication

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a second widely used language such as Chinese or Cantonese is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Technical Skills

  • Solid technical background with handson capability to implement APIs web services and system integrations.
  • Ability to understand customer technical environments troubleshoot integration challenges and provide architecture-level guidance.

Industry Knowledge

  • Payment industry experience is highly preferred including familiarity with payment flows fintech platforms or related regulatory and compliance considerations.

Client Engagement & PreSales Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles handling technical discussions requirement discovery and solution positioning.
  • Technology pre-sales or solution consulting background is strongly preferred.

Soft Skills & Teamwork

  • Proven team player with strong collaboration skills across sales product and engineering teams.
  • Proactive adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced customer-driven environment.
