Boogie is looking for an experienced Sales Agent with a proven background in staffing agency sales. This role is focused on closing staffing deals for remote and ongoing placements while managing both inbound and outbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate understands staffing models pricing and client needs and can confidently own the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads and close staffing deals for remote and ongoing placements
Conduct outbound outreach to companies and key decision-makers
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate staffing solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to discovery to close
Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams for smooth client handoff
Requirements
At least 2 years of sales experience within a staffing agency (required)
Strong understanding of staffing models pricing and common client objections
Experience with outbound prospecting via email LinkedIn and calls
Excellent communication skills with a confident results-driven approach
Comfortable selling recurring staffing services
