Job Summary
Industrial Equipment Reliability Technician
Location: Avon MA
Schedule: 1st Shift 7:00am3:30pm
Compensation: $29.00$34.00 per hour commensurate with skills and experience
Start: Immediate opportunities available
A day in this role
When your shift begins at 7:00am youll review maintenance tickets and walk the production floor to prioritize tasks. From calibrating sensors and aligning components to diagnosing a stubborn mechanical fault youll make sure our equipment runs safely and efficiently so customers get the quality they expectright on time.
What youll tackle
- Plan and perform routine service: cleaning lubrication alignment/adjustments and calibration.
- Test troubleshoot and repair production machinery; source and install replacement parts.
- Execute preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems to maximize uptime.
- Analyze failures and recommend upgrades to boost availability capability and yield.
- Diagnose complex equipment issues and resolve root causes.
- Create clear technical reports documenting modifications and maintenance procedures.
What you bring
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the day.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings preferred.
