Job Summary

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Virginia Beach clinic and support children through high-quality clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

This role is ideal for an RBT who values structure collaboration and predictable hours and who enjoys working in a supportive clinical environment surrounded by a strong interdisciplinary team. Youll provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA helping children build meaningful communication social and daily living skills.

Schedule

  • MondayFriday

  • 9:00 AM2:00 PM

  • Clinic-based services only

What Youll Do

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a structured clinic setting

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans

  • Collect accurate data and document client progress

  • Collaborate with BCBAs and clinic team members

  • Support skill acquisition and positive behavior change

  • Maintain ethical standards and client confidentiality

This is a non-exempt hourly position paid for all hours worked in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.



Requirements

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing required

  • Previous experience working as an RBT required

  • Experience in a clinic-based ABA setting preferred

  • Strong communication skills and professionalism

  • Consistent availability for the required weekday schedule

  • Ability to follow clinical guidance and treatment plans

  • Commitment to ethical compassionate and child-centered care
