Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Virginia Beach clinic and support children through high-quality clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
This role is ideal for an RBT who values structure collaboration and predictable hours and who enjoys working in a supportive clinical environment surrounded by a strong interdisciplinary team. Youll provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA helping children build meaningful communication social and daily living skills.

Schedule
What Youll Do
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a structured clinic setting
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Collect accurate data and document client progress
Collaborate with BCBAs and clinic team members
Support skill acquisition and positive behavior change
Maintain ethical standards and client confidentiality
This is a non-exempt hourly position paid for all hours worked in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.
Requirements
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing required
Previous experience working as an RBT required
Experience in a clinic-based ABA setting preferred
Strong communication skills and professionalism
Consistent availability for the required weekday schedule
Ability to follow clinical guidance and treatment plans
Commitment to ethical compassionate and child-centered care
