Autism Center of Excellence is seeking compassionate and reliable Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support pediatric clients through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in Durham North Carolina.
This role requires consistent availability from 12:00 PM6:00 PM Monday through Friday. For candidates who are available for additional hours expanded scheduling opportunities may be available based on client needs and clinic capacity.
We are especially interested in hiring at least one Spanish-speaking technician who is available to work MondayFriday from 3:00 PM6:00 PM to support Spanish-speaking clients and families.
Technicians provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and support children in building communication social and daily living skills. Services may be provided in clinic in-home or community-based settings depending on client needs.

This is a non-exempt hourly position paid for all hours worked in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred; paid training provided for BTs
Experience working with children preferred (professional or personal experience accepted)
Spanish fluency preferred for select client needs
Ability to maintain consistent availability for the required schedule
Reliable transportation
Strong communication skills and professionalism
Ability to follow treatment plans and clinical guidance
