What Youll Do

As a Sparkle Cleaner youll help make homes shine by providing high-quality cleaning services including:

Residential and move-out cleans
Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
Cleaning kitchens bathrooms floors and common areas
Detailed dusting and finishing work
Following company checklists and cleaning standards
Working independently or alongside a small team

What Were Looking For

Dependable and punctual (this is very important to us)
Detail-oriented with pride in your work
Able to handle physical cleaning tasks for several hours
Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes
Able to follow instructions and checklists
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Cleaning experience is helpful but not required we train the right people

Requirements

Valid drivers license
Reliable vehicle
Smartphone for scheduling and communication
Authorization to work in the U.S.
