Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide full-time in-home ABA services to a client in Virginia Beach Virginia.
This role offers a consistent weekday schedule of 30 hours per week which is classified as full-time in accordance with company policy. It is an excellent opportunity for an RBT who enjoys building strong therapeutic relationships working independently in a home setting and partnering closely with families while receiving strong clinical support from a supervising BCBA.

Schedule
What Youll Do
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the clients home
Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
Collect and document accurate session data
Support communication behavior regulation and daily living skills
Communicate professionally with caregivers and clinical team members
Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards at all times
This is a non-exempt hourly position paid for all hours worked in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.
Requirements
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing required
Previous experience providing in-home ABA services required
Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance
Reliable transportation to and from the clients home
Strong communication skills and professionalism
Consistent availability for the required full-time schedule
Commitment to ethical compassionate and family-centered care
