Responsibilities:

  • Develops and leads a high-performing team of talent acquisition professionals to execute our vision and strategy to meet the needs of the Line of Business (LOB)

  • Supports in driving forward-thinking TA strategies for their specific line of business/focus area

  • Continually focuses on requisition prioritization and ensures a laser-focus on the most critical hiring needs

  • Collaborates with TA counterparts to review recruiter capacity and understand goals/needs of each respective LOB to ensure strong degree of collaboration and innovation; ensures sharing of candidates prospects best practices

  • Continually reviews recruiter metrics and other key data in order to determine progress and areas of opportunity

  • Works with the TA Center of Excellence (COE) to review hiring results data and analytics in order to inform TA strategy

  • Maintains focus of team around operational excellence

  • Closely connected with respective LOB/market/regional leaders

  • Develops deep relationships with all key stakeholders both internally and externally

  • Provides regular updates and market intelligence to key leadership stakeholders

  • Acts as a true SME with industry and workforce trends and translates them to proactive recruiting strategies

  • Relentlessly builds and promotes the firm brand in the external marketplace

  • Leads the search for strategic hiring needs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree

  • 5 years of talent acquisition experience ideally in a professional services environment

  • 1 years of people management experience

  • Experience with recruiting technologies and programs with an understanding of recruiting life cycle

  • Proven track record leading and developing a high-performing team of TA professionals

  • Proven track record in project/change management and methodologies/tools

  • Demonstrated experience with planning & prioritization risk identification & management and time & productivity management

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of the professional services industry

  • Experience working in a matrix environment in a global organization
