Manages partners after contract signing (cooperation contracts)
High-touch activation role: daily or weekly communication with installers
Expands account usage from 12 users to full organizational adoption
Travels to clients 12 per month across Germany
Focus on installers (solar heat pumps renewables)
Proactively hunts within existing accounts drives usage & revenue
Must balance onboarding training on-site visits activation and farming
Works with both Tier 1 (large) installers and long-tail electricians
Combine hunting farming onboarding in one role unique skill-building
