Role: Account Manager
Location: Berlin

Size and functions of local team:

  • Sales org: 1012 people

  • SDR team (outbound) Partner Managers Account Executives Enablement

  • AM team scaling: 12 hires planned for 2026 (roughly 1/month)

Role description:

  • Manages partners after contract signing (cooperation contracts)

  • High-touch activation role: daily or weekly communication with installers

  • Expands account usage from 12 users to full organizational adoption

  • Travels to clients 12 per month across Germany

  • Focus on installers (solar heat pumps renewables)

  • Proactively hunts within existing accounts drives usage & revenue

  • Must balance onboarding training on-site visits activation and farming

  • Works with both Tier 1 (large) installers and long-tail electricians

Salary range & benefits:

  • 70/30 split same comp band as AE
