Your mission

• You manage the entire employee life cycle including recruiting reference letters employment contract and onboarding
• You create and publish targeted attractive job postings and oversee the entire application process
• You conduct active sourcing through appropriate channels
• You support our onboarding processes and assist with training and development initiatives
• You contribute to our career website social media and employer branding activities
• You work on the implementation of new HR tools and the optimization of HR processes
• You assist in organizing team and recruitment events
• You carry out organizational and personnel administrative tasks

Your profile

• Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk office clerk) or a degree in business administration ideally with a focus on Human Resources
• Initial experience in HR (recruiting personnel administration internship or working student role)
• Ideally first insights into software/tech recruiting or strong interest in learning this area
• Experience with HR software and active sourcing is a plus
• Good English skills and confident use of MS Office
• Structured reliable and precise working style with a team-player mentality
• Organizational talent and hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills and discretion
