Job Title: Channel Manager Business development
Job Location: Dusseldorf Germany
Main Responsibilities:
Establish and develop relationships with key channel partners in the region (executive owners branch/sales managers).
Enable channel partners to continuously improve their solution sales and service capabilities.
Maintain the market order and ensure the healthy development of channel businesses.
Establish channel objectives and strategies to meet sales goals in collaboration with the National Digital Power Dept
Develop plan with Channel Sales Rep for execution of new program to be launched to distributors.
Work with offer and channel marketing to provide tools and support to our distributors.
Engage with Huawei Digital Power sales and service leaders to provide required support and joint planning to our distributors.
Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to monitor performance assess execution of actions and market dynamics
Develop and maintain channel contracts
In-depth knowledge of the channel market
Requirements:
Good technical knowledge coupled with a dynamic approach to sales.
Very good knowledge in PV solution such as panel inverter and grid network etc. Is preferred.
Excellent relationship management communication and presentation skills;
Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
Good planning and organizational skills;
Bachelors degree or higher; electrical engineering (or equivalent) would be preferred
