THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as aBusiness Sales Managerfor a international project 100% remote.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Provide administrative support to the Europe North Middle East. Corporate External and Legal Affairs CELA) team.
Work closely with the Business Program Manager for CELA Europe North and Middle East.
Support Legal Attorneys and Government Affairs professionals across 12 European countries.
Manage calendars interact with suppliers raise purchase orders handle invoicing issues and schedule meetings.
Arrange travel and create travel expense reports.
Prepare purchase orders standard statements of work and sponsorship agreements.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- 5 years of experience as an Executive or Team Assistant.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
