As a Marketing Customer Support Specialist youll be the bridge between the brand and Arabic-speaking clients from Egypt Jordan and UAE.
You will provide professional timely and accurate support while representing the company in a friendly and engaging way.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced multicultural environment and wants to develop their career in marketing customer support.
Support clients in Arabic and English via phone chat or email.
Assist with marketing campaigns promotions and customer inquiries.
Resolve client issues promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Document client interactions accurately and follow internal procedures.
Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to ensure seamless service.
Fluent Arabic (Egypt Jordan or UAE) and professional English.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work rotational shifts including weekends.
