Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing facility with a focus on strategic leadership and business growth. This is not just an operational roleits an opportunity to influence the direction of the plant and align its performance with the companys long-term objectives.

- Empower teams: Build a high-performing culture through leadership coaching and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvements automation and lean manufacturing practices.
- Ensure compliance: Maintain the highest standards of safety quality and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate globally: Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic priorities.

Qualifications :
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in site management within a manufacturing environment
- Full P&L Responsibility
- Strong expertise in lean manufacturing continuous improvement and/or other formal productivity improvement programmes
- Outstanding management skills with the ability to coach others towards excellence
- Experience of product line introduction and change management

- Has excellent planning and organisational skills
- Is committed to driving Lean and CI
- Is an excellent communicator and people leader
