You will be the point of contact for over 150 members of staff providing guidance on all HR-related matters. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring that the school remains compliant with all statutory safeguarding requirements. The role involves managing staff contracts absence monitoring and supporting managers with appraisal processes. You will also keep the schools HR policies up to date in line with current employment law and Department for Education guidance.
