The Role
OCU Group is growing rapidly across the energy and infrastructure sectors. Were looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex high-value projects while shaping best practice and supporting the development of our project teams.
This is a senior position with full end-to-end accountability strong client exposure and real influence over how projects are delivered.
What Youll Be Responsible For
Leading large multi-phase infrastructure and energy projects
Owning programme budget quality risk and P&L performance
Managing cross-functional teams across engineering commercial and site delivery
Acting as the senior point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
Managing contracts variations change control and commercial risk
Ensuring full compliance with HSE quality and governance standards
Supporting portfolio planning and strategic decision-making
Mentoring Project Managers and developing future leaders
What Were Looking For
Essential
Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or energy projects
Strong leadership of multidisciplinary delivery teams
Excellent commercial and financial capability including P&L ownership
Confident stakeholder management at senior level
Strong understanding of risk management HSE and compliance
Desirable
Degree or professional qualification (APM PMI PRINCE2)
Experience in utilities energy or critical infrastructure
