Job Summary

We have the opportunity to welcome a new Front Office All Rounder to our Front Office team to continue to provide exemplary service to our guests. As a Front Office All Rounder you will:

  • Provide excellent guest service by responding promptly to guest requests during check-in check-out and throughout their stay.
  • Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts by ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on time. 
  • Proudly promoting the hotel facilities looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay through up-selling.

Qualifications :

What are we looking for

  • Hotel Front Office Experience: Prior experience working in a hotels front office environment.
  • Systems Proficiency: Confidence with the Opera hotel management system.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and find solutions with a guest-focused approach creating memorable experiences for our guests. 
  • Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of Brisbane particularly South Brisbane and ability to recommend attractions and activities.
  • Flexible Availability: You will be required to work a range of shifts including mornings nights weekends and public holidays when required.

Unlimited working rights in Australia a must. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided for this job role.
