Position Overview:
The Business Development / B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities engaging with prospective clients and driving sales growth within the US market. The ideal candidate will be skilled in lead generation cold calling and building strong client relationships in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify qualify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in the US market.
Conduct outbound prospecting through calls emails LinkedIn and other channels.
Present company services and value proposition to prospective clients.
Schedule meetings demos and follow-ups with potential customers.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and prospects information.
Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Provide market feedback to improve strategies and offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred).
13 years of experience in B2B sales business development or lead generation (IT industry preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot Zoho Salesforce etc.).
Comfortable working in night shift (US hours).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in IT staffing healthcare IT or consulting sales.
Knowledge of US market dynamics.
Proven track record of achieving sales KPIs.
