Job Summary

Manager Career Development & Training (Masters Programmes) (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 533868) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should hold a bachelors degree and a minimum of five years of professional experience in a relevant field such as corporate business development relationship management campus recruitment and talent acquisition. They should be a detail-oriented proactive self-starter who excels at multitasking and possesses a strong sense of ownership thriving both autonomously and as a collaborative team member. Additonally professional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is required.
The appointee will work at the Facultys Cyberport campus to support the Career Development and Training Services of Masters Programmes. The appointee will actively engage with corporate partners through meetings and outreach efforts to secure collaboration on industry projects internships and graduate job placements fostering long-term relationships that benefit both students and employers. The goal is to build strong strategic partnerships that enhance the employability of students and graduates and to connect them with leading companies. This role involves developing and maintaining partnerships with industry stakeholders understanding their talent needs and introduce the employment opportunities to relevant student group. A genuine passion for guiding student career strategy is essential coupled with a proven ability to secure new internship opportunities through adept business development and to effectively match students with these roles.
