Key Responsibilities Revenue Growth Strategy & Execution
- Design launch and iterate initiatives focused on increasing conversion upsell cross-sell and retention across Marley Spoons US customer base.
- Analyze performance data to identify new revenue opportunities test hypotheses and drive recommendations based on market and customer insights.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing Operations and Data teams to deliver go-to-market plans and tactical execution for revenue-driving projects.
- Own ongoing tracking and reporting for key metrics (AOV churn CLTV ARPU) and translate results into actionable business recommendations.
- Develop robust experimentation plans (A/B and multivariate testing) to validate concepts and refine strategies.
- Champion a customer-first mindset in every initiativeensuring were always adding value for our users and the business.
- Contribute to strategic roadmap discussions and help prioritize investments in tools platforms and commercial tactics that support growth.
What Youll Bring Revenue Growth Skills & Experience
- 3 years in a revenue optimization growth or product marketing role (meal kit subscription or e-commerce environments preferred).
- Demonstrated experience with data-driven growth strategiesidentifying launching and optimizing new revenue streams.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and experimentation (A/B testing cohort analysis funnel analytics pricing models etc.).
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets BI dashboards or similar); SQL a plus.
- Excellent communication project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A passion for continuous learning and a test-and-iterate mindset.
- Adaptability curiosity and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
