Role Overview
We are looking for aDORA Project Managerto join acentral Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud organizationwithin a large regulated financial environment.
This role sits within theDORA Governance Teamand plays a key part insteering the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA EU Regulation 2022/2554)across multiple international entities.
You will act as ahands-on IT Project Manager translatingregulatory requirements into concrete technical and operational actions coordinating stakeholders tracking progress and communicating project status to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
DORA Project Management & Delivery
Maintain and evolve theDORA implementation roadmap(tasks milestones deadlines)
Translateregulatory requirementsintocybersecurity and operational resilience frameworks
Track progress across entities andidentify deviations or risks early
Challenge teams when needed andescalate issues proactively
Stakeholder Coordination & Governance
Organize and supportsteering committees workshops follow-up meetings and ad-hoc checkpoints
Act as acentral point of contactfor DORA-related topics
Support entities in addressingtechnical and organizational challengeslinked to DORA compliance
Hands-on Support & Change Enablement
Work directly withtechnical and business teamson DORA-related implementations such as:
oNetwork segmentation
oBackup and recovery
oThird-party risk and monitoring
Troubleshoot roadblocks and support teams even in areas outside your core expertise with a strong learning mindset
Communication & Reporting
Produceclear visual status reporting(dashboards one-pagers management briefs)
Ensure all stakeholders understandcurrent status next steps and responsibilities
Maintain aliving SharePoint / FAQ repositorywith project knowledge lessons learned and common questions
Required Technical Skills
Project Management
3 years of experience managing IT-oriented projects
Strong ability to:
oBuild and maintain roadmaps
oTrack milestones and dependencies
oProduce structured status reports and dashboards
Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office tools(Excel PowerPoint)
Technical & Cybersecurity Awareness
Solid understanding ofIT systems and infrastructure:
oServers
oNetworking basics
oCIA triad (Confidentiality Integrity Availability)
oCybersecurity testing types
Good grasp ofcybersecurity and operational resilience concepts
Python scriptingis anice to have
Communication
Ability toexplain technical or regulatory topics to non-technical audiences
Comfortableleading meetings workshops and steering committees
Languages
English Expert (mandatory)
French Basic knowledge / notions (nice to have)
