YOUR TASKS
- You analyze processes and management systems support the further development of processes and KPIs and maintain the company process map.
- You coordinate external audits and certifications including the follow-up of audit findings and measures.
- You support the planning of the internal audit program and carry out internal audits yourself.
- You assist in maintaining the documentation of the management system as well as in providing information for customer inquiries (e.g. certificates processes safety measures).
- You review documents such as project contracts.
- You accompany and advise our agile customer projects and derive improvement measures.
- You plan and conduct training courses and workshops including the preparation of training materials.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a successfully completed university degree e.g. in business informatics or a comparable vocational training.
- You bring proven and relevant professional experience as a qualified internal auditor with strong expertise in process management and certification frameworks such as ISO 9001 ISO 27001 and TISAX.
- Practical experience in project management or account management would be advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills high initiative analytical abilities and an independent structured and goal-oriented working style characterize you.
- You possess excellent M365 skills as well as very good written and spoken English skills.
