What You Will Do as a Non-Pharmacist Manager

In this pivotal role you will:

  • Lead and motivate the pharmacy team to achieve and maintain high standards of customer care and service efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal regulatory and professional standards within the pharmacy operations.
  • Manage staffing including scheduling training and development to ensure a skilled and knowledgeable team.
  • Drive business growth through effective financial management marketing strategies and community engagement.
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure availability of pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products.
  • Work in collaboration with pharmacists to assure the safety and quality of pharmacy services.

Your Profile as a Candidate

  • Proven experience in retail or healthcare management with a strong preference for candidates familiar with pharmacy or healthcare services.
