Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Implement the fitness strategy and retention plan to maximise member satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Management: Motivate and supervise the fitness team ensuring consistent delivery of personal training group exercise sessions and gym floor engagement.
Programme Development: Manage and expand the group exercise timetable and personal training offering.
Customer Experience: Promote a fun friendly and inclusive environment for members and staff.
Operational Excellence: Oversee accounts monitor performance targets and ensure compliance with company standards.
Flexibility: Provide cover for fitness classes when required and work across daytime evenings and weekends.
What Were Looking For
Minimum Level 3 fitness qualification.
Proven experience in:
Managing group exercise programmes
Delivering personal training
Supervising a team and handling accounts
Strong leadership organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
DBS check required prior to starting.

Requirements
Minimum Level 3 fitness qualification.
Proven experience in:
Managing group exercise programmes
Delivering personal training
