The Senior Manager will work closely with multiple stakeholders and enterprise clients to define both the current and future state of business processes. This role involves identifying business needs shaping and defining key deliverables and driving alignment toward the most effective solution and implementation approach.
As a Senior Manager for Enterprise Business Solutions you will:
Lead enterprise-level business application implementation discussions with clients and internal teams.
Play a key role in finalising the overall implementation strategy and delivery approach.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution operating with a high degree of autonomy and minimal guidance where required.
Act as a trusted advisor translating complex business requirements into scalable practical solutions that deliver measurable value.
Requirements
Cloud-based Business Application implementation experience in a large enterprise representing the Professional Services arm of the provider.
Experience in Managing RFI RFQ RFP proposals from Implementation standpoint will be preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations proposals client interactions and cross-group collaboration.
Sound understanding of APIs integrations Data Migration and Technical Architecture.
Understanding of Project Charter and WBS creation.
Ability to recognize and resolve stakeholder conflicts.
